When will my order ship?

Every item is made to order.
Fulfillment takes 2–7 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier speed.


Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
All sales are final otherwise — every drop is limited and made to order.


How do I request a replacement?

Email support@adversity.clothing within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

If the product is faulty, we’ll replace it at no cost.


Can I cancel an order?

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
Because everything is made to order, fulfillment starts within hours of purchase.


Will my items arrive together?

Not always. Some items ship from different production facilities depending on size, style, or availability.
This is normal — they’ll arrive separately if needed.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently U.S. only.
(International shipping may open later depending on demand.)


What if my package is lost or stolen?

Email support@adversity.clothing with your order number.
We’ll help track it, and if the carrier confirms a non-delivery, we’ll work with you on next steps.


What size should I order?

All product pages include a size guide.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.


Do you offer exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for size or preference.
Only defective items qualify for replacement.


I typed the wrong address — can I fix it?

Email us immediately at support@adversity.clothing.
We can only update an address before production begins.
